rounded the edges and duplicated 8 wheels

hide wheels

create small ang big block and place small on top of big

select both block

go mesh>booleans>differece to cut the shape of small block

hide block

create cube and set width, height and depth to all the same number

duplicate 3 cubes

show everything that was created

arrange everything to form the back of the train

hide the train

create block for front of the train

create another block

create the top part of the train and bevel the sides

create another cub and bevel the side edge

place in position

create a cone and bevel all the edges

place the copied wheels

show the hidden back of the train

create cylinder and put it in the train

duplicate another one

use booleans>difference to create the hole
