Track Modeling




create flat  polygon

set width to 10 and heigh to 4


Rotate it up


go attributes and bring the  image in


press 6 to bring the image on the polygon


go edit UVS> Normalize to center the image


go shading and X tray to see better


go mesh>edit polygon tool and trace the image


go vertex and adjust the points needed


set the Track_Shape plane visibility to off



go edit mesh> extrude and set division to 20

move it along the Z axis abit


set local translate Z to  45


Create two lines evenly spaced   along the length of track


Extrude the selected face and set local translate Z to 0.2


extrude selected face and set local translate Z to 3


Bevel the two side edge


create deformers> non linear> bend. Set rotate X to -90


select bend1 and set curvature to 0 to make it straight
